H.G. Brunner can offer Illuminated pointers for analogue instruments, with a small standard range available or a complete design and supply service for customer bespoke parts. MULTI-COMPONENT SPRINGS & WIREFORMS
H.G. Brunner has enjoyed a long association with Carl Haas GmbH, whose long tradition of producing complex and close tolerance parts has prepared them for today's demanding applications in the field of mechatronics.
Quality systems assessed to ISO/TS 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & ISO 13485 and an innovative approach to design and industrialisation ensure production methods and final components that are consistently of the highest standard.

APPLIQUÉS
Using specialist and qualified manufacturing facilities in Europe and the Far East, H.G. Brunner is able to supply a range of printed products to customer design for applications in the automotive, aerospace, consumer goods and transportation industries. Appliqués for automotive or white goods applications can be produced on various substrate materials, and can incorporate 'touchpad' switches and / or electroluminescent lighting.

In-mould foils can be produced in various materials, and provide a cost effective alternative to screen printing of components. For new applications we can offer feasibility studies, technical assistance with design and optimisation of customer proposals, as well as a selection of suitable materials to ensure a robust and capable product. PRESSURE GAUGE COMPONENTS
Using a number of specialist sources, H.G. Brunner has supplied high quality pressure and temperature gauge components for over 50 years.
PRESSURE GAUGE CASES, BOURDON TUBES, MOVEMENTS & POINTERS
Cases can be supplied as flush or surface mounting types, with screw fit or bayonet fitting bezels, and with glass or perspex, gaskets, and mounting rings as required. On provision of a customer drawing or sketch, holes for movement mounting blocks, electrical and mechanical connections, or other customer requirements can be included.

FUSEE CHAIN
Fusee chain for instrument regulation can be supplied in various sizes and in cut lengths as required.

Capsules can be supplied in a variety of materials depending on application, and can be assembled in stacks if required.
LIGAMENT STRIP / BI-METALLIC STRIP
H.G. Brunner can supply "Tautband" (also known as "Ligament strip" or "Dyne strip") for use in electrical measuring instrument applications, and bi-metallic strip for thermometer/barometer and similar applications. These products are normally supplied on reel, but for volume application cut lengths as required can be supplied. Bi-metals can also be supplied as coils, complete with collet and pointer if required.
SPIRIT LEVEL BUBBLES
H.G. Brunner is able to supply spirit level bubbles, round or tubular, in glass or plastic materials.

The required sensitivity can be achieved by use of a variety of fluid fillings, coloured or clear to suit the application. Markings on the capsules or enclosures can be etched or printed to suit the customer application.
Bubbles can be supplied for mounting by the customer, or a wide range of standard mounting enclosures are available. We would be pleased to assist in determining the most appropriate level for your application, or to quote for your requirements on receipt of a drawing or sketch.
PRECISION MACHINED PARTS
H.G. Brunner can offer machined parts ranging from Ø 0.5 - 6mm in a wide variety of materials. Turning, centreless grinding, milling, honing and a full range of hardening and finishing operations ensures a total service to the customer. In conjunction with our parent company Autotec Marketing, bespoke fasteners can be produced using cold heading techniques (combined with the above technologies when necessary) as a cost-effective solution.
